Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, is an incredible Hollywood actress and author whose talents have earned an acclaim from critics as well as recognition. Sagittarius Born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. She's of Scottish-English descent. Moore's dad moved around often due to his job. It was it difficult for her to meet or keep friends. Moore's family moved to Germany and she attended Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting roles included in productions. The Boston University is where Moore finished her education, earning a B.F.A. at the age of 33. Following graduation, Moore relocated to New York, where she began her journey in Off-Broadway Theater. Moore began her career in theater off Broadway at New York, after she had graduated. She first appeared in an episode of The Edge of Night, that aired on TV in 1985. She played the roles as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Turns, which was her breakthrough. It ran through 1988, and she won the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, her debut cinematic appearance was in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. The movie was later criticized as a poor budget production. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), and 3 Women (1997) were all produced with Robert Altman. The critically acclaimed performance of her in Short Cuts (1993) earned her several nominations. Moore was the first actress to get a major performance in Safe which was a film from 1995. Steven Spielberg's choice to cast Moore as the lead in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which was one of the highest grossing films from 1997, represented a huge turning point for Moore's career. In 1999, she was a part of the critically acclaimed Magnolia and was awarded an SAG award for her role. The Hours starred Moore in 2002. It was also nominated by nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Other films she has acted in include The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), etc. Non-Stop was her film of 2014. Moore has been featured in many films and TV shows. Most recently, she starred in the role of the main character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). She has made her mark on the screen in Hollywood and also as an author of children's books. She released her first book in 2007 Freckleface Strawberry and quickly became a N.Y.T. It became a top seller, and was later made into a TV series as well as musical. In 2013, she released the book, My Mom is a Foreigner. Moore lives a flamboyant life as an accomplished writer and actress. She was married John Robin in 1984 and they split in 1995. Moore has two children along with Bart Freundlich whom she later was married to in 2003. Moore's primary focus is on her friends, family as well as her career.
